  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using ptt911.com (“the Site”) and Electronic Enterprises, Inc., d.b.a. PTT911, Professional Translation Tools services (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

     

  2. Description of Service
    We offer secure Chat with professional language translation, combining human expertise with proprietary AI. “AI-Assisted Translations” are generated by software.

     

  3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
    You agree NOT to use the Service for:
  • Illegal activities, fraud, or human trafficking.
  • Translating harmful, obscene, or threatening content.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting our AI software.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • User Content: You retain full ownership of your original documents.
  • Translations: You own the translated output. However, we retain ownership of the AI models and software used to generate it.
  • Feedback: If you send us suggestions to improve the AI, you grant us a royalty-free license to implement those ideas.
  1. Payment & Subscriptions
  • Prices are listed on the Site. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
  • All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full credit card information on our primary servers.
  • Refund Policy: We’re unable to issue refunds for AI translations once they have been processed, as they’re digital services. Contact us within 7 days for quality disputes.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • AI Warning: AI translation tools are probabilistic. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated translations may contain errors, hallucinations, or cultural inaccuracies. 
  • The Service is provided “AS IS.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electronic Enterprises, Inc., d.b.a. PTT911, Professional Translation Tools, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from the use of AI-generated translations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

     

  2. Indemnification
    You agree to hold PTT harmless from any claims resulting from your misuse of translated content (e.g., using an inaccurate AI translation for an emergency situation).

     

  3. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (e.g., uploading illegal content).

     

  4. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida/USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
