    We utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to power specific translation services. When you submit content for AI translation:
  • Your data is processed by our AI engine to generate the output.
  • We do not use your personal documents to train public AI models!
  • If AI processing occurs, data transmission is encrypted.
  • No personally identifiable data is ever transmitted with AI translation requests.
  1. Data Storage & Security
  • Secure Servers: Unlike many cloud-based tools, all personal information and uploaded files remain on our proprietary secure servers.
  • Encryption: We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for data transfer and AES-256 for stored data.
  • Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill your Conversation/Chat sessions or to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time. Unless user requested Archiving is enabled, all Conversations/Chats are deleted at the time it is Closed.
  1. Sharing of Data (Limited Circumstances)
    We only share data in the following scenarios:
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law enforcement or court order. We require a subpoena or court order.
  • Service Providers: Limited, vetted partners who help us run the website (e.g., text messaging partner Twilio, AI-powered translations via Microsoft Azure). They are contractually forbidden from using your data for their own purposes.

    Depending on your location, you have the right to:
  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Rectify incorrect information.
  • Delete your account and associated data (Right to be Forgotten).
